The existing space had no infrastructure to support the client’s technology requirements. The electrical system required a complete overhaul to accommodate data-heavy operations, multiple interconnected screens, and power-intensive equipment. Additionally, the client’s cybersecurity remit demanded a level of physical security that went beyond standard commercial fit-out requiring a bespoke, certified solution for access control and smart locking that met strict industry-specific security standards.
