Client Goal Transform a new, empty space into a high-end showroom that authentically translates Moroso’s Italian luxury brand identity — bright, spacious, and premium in every detail.
Scope Summary Full showroom fit-out from shell and core, including all construction, electrical, plumbing, bespoke fixtures, luxury lighting design and installation, and logistics coordination for high-value Italian furniture pieces.
Key Services Space planning, interior fit-out, electrical installation, plumbing, bespoke joinery and fixture fabrication, custom lighting design and installation, supplier coordination, furniture logistics management.
Main Challenge / Constraints Two primary complexities shaped this project – coordinating the logistics of high-value, imported Italian furniture pieces within the construction programme, and managing a high volume of bespoke, custom-made elements including fixtures and lighting that required precise lead-time management and quality oversight.
Compliances / Regulations Building regulations, health & safety requirements, electrical compliance, fire safety standards for retail environments.
Our Approach 1. The client came with a clear and confident brand vision, which allowed the design and construction programme to move decisively. Our focus was on execution, ensuring the spatial quality matched the Moroso standard at every level. 2. To manage the complexity of custom elements and furniture logistics, we implemented a rigorous communication framework with both suppliers and the client, with regular progress touchpoints to flag lead times, resolve issues early, and keep all moving parts aligned. 3. Special attention was given to preserving the sense of space and brightness throughout, achieved through considered lighting placement, material selection, and an open layout that lets the furniture remain the centrepiece.
