Main Challenge / Constraints Limited client-side availability for approvals and design signoffs required the project team to exercise strong autonomous decision-making throughout the programme. To maintain the timeline, we adopted a proactive delivery model making informed design and construction decisions within agreed parameters while keeping the client updated at key milestones.

Our Approach 1. Conducted thorough space planning to zone the office into distinct functional areas; open-plan workspace for 25+ employees, private executive offices, meeting rooms, reception, kitchenette, and WC facilities. 2. The design direction followed a minimalist brief, incorporating the client’s brand guidelines through subtle material, colour, and finish choices rather than explicit branding. 3. Given approval constraints, the team maintained momentum by establishing clear decision-making frameworks early, allowing construction to progress without delays.
