Client Goal
Design and deliver a full-scope, end-to-end coworking facility from shell condition, creating a vibrant, fully operational workspace that supports freelancers, startups, and small to medium enterprises with dedicated work areas, collaborative zones, and essential support amenities.

Scope Summary
Complete design and execution of a coworking space from shell to operational fit-out. Full-scope delivery encompassed office areas with flexible hotdesking and fixed desks, multiple meeting rooms, open collaboration zones, staff kitchen and amenities, toilet facilities, breakout areas, and all associated building systems integration.
