Early Years

Brothers, Alex and Dimitri started back in 2000 working in the construction industry, working on sites undertaking partitioning and carpentry work.

Over the next four years they built up a team and started working as subcontractors, and started providing partitioning services for a major construction company. Here they gained valuable experience and knowledge that would lead them to setting up their own business.

Moving Forward

Having successfully provided partitioning services as a sub-contractor, Alex and Dimitri felt that they were ready to take their skills and passion for office refurbishment to the next level.

So from 2008 started taking on design and build projects where they worked directly with clients. This gave them the reward of being able to complete the whole story and see the finished project.

Alex Kova

Project director

Alex is one of two brothers, who after working in the construction industry for over 9 years, subcontracting for the larger construction companies, felt that every single project they had worked on could be done better, faster, more efficiently and with better value.

That is when Kova Company was born. For the last 7 years Alex has been focusing on improving upon these core values to make sure every one of Kova’s clients get the very best possible experience and results throughout their project.

Needless to say his hard work has been paying off – many successful projects are tucked under the belt, many challenges tackled, valuable lessons learnt and many happy clients who have become repeating clients and some even partners.

Alex is dedicated to developing and growing the business, ensuring Kova remains competitive within the industry and continuing to deliver excellence to each client.

Dimitri Kova

Project director

Dimitri has a vast experience in design and build, working with both contractor and client-side in a variety of projects. As project manager he is responsible for the coordination and complete delivery of a project.

He has successfully completed more than 250 projects, getting involved in every aspect of the design and build process making sure each project is executed successfully. Being a director at Kova, he is a reassuring presence on site to the Kova team as well as to the client, being able to make quick decisions on site makes for smoother running projects with little delays in getting any problems that may occur solved.

His invaluable experience has proven essential in establishing and running Kova over the years, he takes particularly pride in a project being completed on time and within budget resulting in truly satisfied clients who are happy to recommend Kova.
